Liqueurs

Our liqueurs highlight the diverse and unconventional flavors from our area’s roots and fruits, and offer an opportunity to encourage forest conservation. They possess depth and character that cannot be imitated.  Check back every so often, because these flavors come and go with the seasons and we’re constantly experimenting!
‘Symbiosa’ Spruce Tip Liqueur

Lime green spruce tips are infused with vodka and sweetened with sugar to create a liqueur that tastes like walking up a mountain draw on a warm spring day: Bright, citrusy, and woodsy.

‘Beary Fairy’ Berry Liqueur

An annual blend of local forest and garden berries are juiced in-house, combined with vodka and sweetended with sugar to create a liqueur that has a depth and complexity to rival your favorite red wine.  This liqueur’s flavors will reflect the berry seasons unique to each year, so keep coming back to taste the draught of mother nature!

‘Quaintrelle’ Dandelion Root Liqueur

Our dandelion roots are sourced from local gardeners and farmers as they prepare their beds for planting.  They’re chopped and slow-roasted until they smell like dark chocolate, then aged with vodka for a month and sweetened with honey to create an earthy, warm liqueur that makes a great sustainable alternative to coffee liqueur!  The dude abides.

Vodkas

Distilled from organic eastern European wheat, we cut our Vodka with our treasured pure Purcell Mountain spring water, then quadruple carbon filter it for a finish as clean and smooth as a plunge in an alpine lake.

Brandies

Brandy is essentially whiskey made with fruit instead of grain. Our brandies and eau de vies are currently aging and will be available as soon as they tell us they’re ready! Crafted from locally gleaned apples, plums, and pears, much of our ferment base comes from local fruit specifically harvested to reduce bear conflict in home orchards. When you purchase our brandy, you’ll be supporting an important part of grizzly bear conservation. Plus, brandies are a delicious option for gluten-sensitive customers!
Pear Eau De Vie

Eau de Vies are technically unaged brandies.  But it takes a lot of work to become the water of life, which means they do need to rest good while before it’s their time to shine.  Fermented and distilled on the whole fruit, this spirit showcases the complexity of the aromatic skins and sweet flesh of our local heirloom pears. 

Apple Brandy

This brandy is fermented and distilled from a wide variety of local heirloom apples, juiced at peak ripeness.  It’s aged with American oak for at least one year.
